What
is a Professional Organizer?
A Professional Organizer supports and empowers clients
through the creative and ethical application of organizing systems and
processes, and the transfer of organizing skills, to develop appropriate
and lasting solutions for their individual needs.
Professional Organizers help their clients to find
balance, restore order and maximize their time and resources at home,
office and workplace locations.
Professional Organizers are relatively new on the scene
in Canada, although they’ve been around in the US since the 1980s.
They have recently gained prominence through such popular television
shows as Neat, Clean Sweep, and Mission Organization. Although these
programs focus on home organization, services offered by Professional
Organizers vary widely, as most select an area of specialization according
to their education and experience prior to entering the field.
Organized Assistant offers professional
office organizing services, as well as productivity seminars,
workshops, and coaching
and training for individuals. Rather than
using a standard solution with all our clients, we realize that everyone
faces different challenges requiring different strategies, depending
on their unique circumstances and personality
type.
